About Me
Who I Am
I offer personalized birth and postnatal support in the Calgary area. I come with the experience of working with pregnant women for 20 years doing Prenatal and Postnatal Massage as well as having two children of my own. I believe that each and every pregnancy, labour & delivery, and baby is different, and I am here to help you through each step. My Services
Prenatal
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family. I am available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birth
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed.
$1000
Includes our interview, prenatal visit, the birth and a postpartum visit.
Postpartum
The first few months after delivery can be a beautiful, overwhelming, awesome and tiring time, all at once. We are here to help you navigate. Day or night (yes, overnight so you can get some sleep).
$40/hur 10 hour minimum contract
Sleep Training
You need sleep and baby needs sleep and sometimes those two things don't ;happen at the same time. We can help you with getting your baby to sleep in their own bed, eliminate sleep props and decrease nightime wakings.
We customize a sleep plan to meet your baby's temperament, sleep history and your wishes and desires. Everything from no-dry methods to cry-it-out methods, we will guide and support you along the way.
